Membership Benefits

Members receive access to members-only events, discounts at our fundraisers, and a quarterly newsletter that keeps them informed about the neighborhood and GCNA.  Members can volunteer at our “one and done” activities and be considered for leadership roles.

 

Membership Descriptions and Costs

Residents: Our neighbors are residents and executives of businesses within the GCNA coverage area while residents outside of the area can join as associate members.

  • Neighbor members are full members of the association and can vote on decisions put to the GCNA membership.
  • Associate members cannot vote on decisions put to the GCNA membership but enjoy all of the rest of the benefits of being an associate member.

Resident membership fees vary based on individual and household membership and the period of membership.

   1-year Membership 3-year Membership
 Neighbor Individual $65   $150
 Neighbor Household $95  $200
 Associate Individual $65  $150
 Associate Household $95   $200

Building: Condominium and co-op associations within the GCNA coverage area can join as building association members for $150 per year.

  • Membership is held in the name of the association
  • Invited to participate in the Building Council
  • Can cast one vote on decisions put to the GCNA membership

Business: Businesses that serve the GCNA coverage area can join as business members for $75 per year.
