Two guides—Scottie Perry, a popular Chicago History Museum docent, and Matthew LaRose, a successful Gold Coast realtor—will share histories of noteworthy people and structures in this Gold Coast Neighbors Association special event on July 22, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Groups will be situated in different directions on the rooftop of 1440 N. Lake Shore Drive. Those who join this special event will definitely view the Gold Coast from a new perspective. And your perspective will be improved by the program-ending glasses of Prosecco accompanied by nibbles for attendees!
